Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dugah Market mobile app and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Dugah Market ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Orders & pricing
Product listings, prices, and availability may change at any time and may contain errors, which we reserve the right to correct. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept, decline, or cancel an order (for example, due to stock or pricing errors), in which case any payment collected will be refunded.
3. Vehicle inquiries
Vehicle listings are not sold through checkout. Submitting a vehicle inquiry requests a call or appointment to discuss the listing further; it does not create a purchase, reservation, or binding agreement. Dugah Market facilitates the introduction and is not a party to, and does not guarantee, any resulting sale between buyer and seller.
4. Payments
We support Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), card payments via Paystack, and cash on delivery. Card and Mobile Money payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and your use of those payment methods is also subject to their terms. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you select for the order total.
5. Delivery & pickup
Estimated delivery timeframes (typically 2–3 days for local items, 3–5 days for imported items, and 30–45 days for overseas orders) are estimates only and not guaranteed. Pickup orders can be collected free of charge from our designated pickup location. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery or pickup.
6. Returns & refunds
Eligibility for returns, exchanges, or refunds depends on the item and reason for return. Please contact our support team as soon as possible after receiving an order if there is an issue, and we will advise on the applicable process.
7. Sellers & partners
Suppliers, distributors, resellers, collaborators, and sponsors who list or promote items through the Service are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and compliance with applicable law. We may remove any listing or partner that violates these Terms or applicable law.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Using the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Interfering with the operation or security of the Service.
- Reproducing, reselling, or scraping the Service without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dugah Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
