Dugah Market ("Dugah Market", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Dugah Market mobile app and website (together, the "Service").   • Vehicle inquiry information: details you submit when requesting a call or appointment about a vehicle listing.
  • Payment information: we do not store your card or Mobile Money PIN. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Paystack) and mobile money networks (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), who handle your payment details under their own privacy policies.
  • Communications: messages you send us via the Contact Us form, in-app support, or WhatsApp.
  • Device & usage information: device type, app version, and general usage data collected automatically to help us maintain and improve the Service.

2. How we use your information

  • Process and fulfil your orders, deliveries, and pickups.
  • Respond to vehicle inquiries, support requests, and partnership applications.
  • Send order updates, receipts, and service-related notifications.
  • Improve, secure, and personalize the Service.
  • Detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the Service.

  • Payment processors (e.g. Paystack) and mobile money networks, to complete payments.
  • Delivery partners, to fulfil orders shipped to your address.
  • Sellers, suppliers, or distributors relevant to an order or vehicle inquiry you submit.
  • Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. cloud hosting, messaging).
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may access, update, or delete your account information from within the app, or by contacting us at support@dugahmarket.app. You may also opt out of non-essential notifications from your device or account settings.
